WELCOME TO MY PAGE!

I am Nikolett Botos-Kürthy, an economist as per my original profession and I have been involved in organizing international scientific and professional conferences for 17 years.

Like everyone, I have faced various challenges in different stages of my life. In my turbulent adolescence and young adulthood, dating and career choices and caused headaches, then as a new mother, I was surprised by the identity crisis of who I really am and the anxiety of whether I am doing what I do well, but midlife crises, emptiness, and burnout are not unfamiliar feelings to me either. I started practicing yoga in search of a solution to the above. A few years later, when I had some “free time” due to the epidemiological restrictions on group events, I enrolled in a one-year (401-hour) yoga teacher training course, the topic of which covered comprehensive HATHA yoga theory and practice, yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, and I learned everything there is to know about meditation and mantras. It was not necessarily my goal to become a yoga instructor, I just wanted to deepen my knowledge, because I was interested in the secret of this more than 5000-year-old practice and method. That's how I became a certified HATHA yoga instructor.

At the same time, my life path took a transformative turn when I was faced with significant personal traumas, which made me think deeply about what is important and what really matters in life. In the process of letting go and processing grief, I discovered the remarkable healing power of nature and began to be strongly interested in the idea of creating a unique methodology that brings mental and physical health to everyone, just as it has brought me and brings me to this day. In recent years, I have invested a lot of energy in providing the appropriate background knowledge, so I became a life coach in the field of positive psychology, but I also completed a basic tour organizer training so that my clients are in safe hands.

I offer a special personal therapeutic experience through guided individual walking tours, where we work our bodies to increase physical fitness and endurance, do yoga for inner balance, sing for joy, have meaningful conversations for relief, or just walk in silence and work together to find solutions to life's challenges.

Join me on this journey to regain harmony in your life, reevaluate your past experiences, and uncover the healing potential within you. Let's discover together the transformative power of nature and the profound connection between body and soul.
