WELCOME TO MY PAGE!
My name is Nikolett Botos-Kürthy. I’m an economist by profession and have spent the past 17 years organizing international scientific and professional conferences.
Like many, I’ve faced my share of life’s challenges. From the confusion of adolescence and early adulthood—navigating career choices and relationship struggles—to the identity crisis that came with motherhood, I often found myself questioning: Am I doing this right? Am I enough—as a mother, a wife, a person?
Motherhood brought with it a new fear—the fear of loss—and later, a deep midlife crisis rooted in personal trauma and burnout. These experiences, though difficult, ultimately guided me toward growth and healing.
In 2017, I turned to yoga in search of restoration and ‘me time’. What began as a form of self-care soon became a source of deep transformation. As I practiced more, I discovered how yoga helped me navigate life’s obstacles, opening doors both inward and outward.
During the pandemic, with unexpected time on my hands, I enrolled in a one-year, 401-hour HATHA yoga teacher training. I dove into yoga philosophy, anatomy, physiology, meditation, and mantra. Becoming a certified HATHA yoga teacher wasn’t originally my goal—I simply wanted to understand the ancient wisdom behind the practice that was quietly reshaping my life.
Around the same time, a profound personal shift led me to reevaluate what truly matters. In the process of grief and letting go, I discovered the healing power of nature. Inspired, I began developing a unique method that blends movement, mindfulness, and the natural world to support both mental and physical well-being—just as it has supported me.
To deepen my skills, I became a certified life coach specializing in positive psychology and completed tour organizer training to ensure my walking partners are always in safe hands.
I offer personalized, therapeutic outdoor experiences that combine hiking, yoga, singing, meaningful conversation—or simply shared silence. Whether we’re strengthening the body, calming the mind, or reconnecting with nature, each walk is designed to help you uncover clarity, balance, and purpose.
Join me on a journey to rediscover harmony in your life, reflect on your past, and unlock your full potential. Let’s explore the transformative power of nature and the deep connection between body and soul—together.
