HOW?

I offer a personalized, unconventional therapy, during which I work with you to achieve your goal and general "well-being", combining the positive effects of intensive walking in nature, yoga, pranayama breathing exercises, meditation, Shinrin yoku (forest therapy), Ikigai, and various mindfulness, as well as creative visualization and manifestation practices.
